Our story
Built by consultants who were tired of theory-only SAP training
Too many SAP learners finish a course with a certificate but freeze when an interviewer asks them to explain a real configuration. We started The Career Shift Coach to close that gap.
Our trainers are working consultants. They teach the processes they implement for clients, share the mistakes they have seen on projects, and prepare learners for the questions hiring managers actually ask.
Today we run live batches across functional, S/4HANA, technical and AI tracks, for freshers, working professionals and experienced SAP consultants who need to upskill.
