What is SAP ABAP?
ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) is the language SAP itself uses to build much of S/4HANA. Companies use ABAP developers to create custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and complete applications. Modern ABAP goes far beyond classic reports: CDS views model data directly on the HANA database, and RAP turns those models into Fiori apps and APIs.
