What is SAP PP?
SAP PP (Production Planning) turns demand into finished goods. It uses master data such as bills of materials, work centres and routings to plan what to make, when and with which resources. MRP calculates requirements, planned orders become production orders, and confirmations and goods movements update inventory and cost in real time.
